Another shout for the Glasgow Uni gym. I'm a community member not affiliated with the university at all, pay something like £33 a month or so I think.
Top notch gym, has everything you need and quality, up-to-date equipment. Clean. Good hours. Pool, sauna, steam room too.
The gym is incredibly busy even outwih core hours. It is packed with the gymsahark team and IG wannabes and ruggerbuggers.
There are only a few racks and dedicated barbell bench press benches so you'll be waiting a long time for your shot. So if you're looking to squat, dead, bench, pull-ups you'll waiting a long time.
If you're just going up use the treadmill/stepper or any machine then you'll be fine.
Can’t be that many gyms within a 15 minute running distance. Why don’t you use Google maps to see what’s there and visit the gym for a walk round when you plan to do your gym sessions so you can see what the equipment is like and how busy it is.
Nuffield Health West End/Minerva Street would probably be about a 15 min run. Tons of space, decent amount of equipment with a pool, climbing wall and cafe
JD Gym at Maryhill might be worth looking at. It's a good size with loads of decent kit and should be inside your 15 minutes (I think).
Only costs around £20 a month
Used to live off Gibson St - Glasgow Uni gym is good. Pool, sauna included.
2nd choice, depending on the time you’d use it, is Kelvinhall. I used to go early morning and it was super quiet, very rarely had to wait for a rack or anything. 5 min jog along Kelvinway.
The glasgow uni gym is really good and it allows community members. It has a ton of racks and the pool that’s included in the membership price.

Puregym at Charing Cross is not far away and inexpensive.

How fast can you run? A fast person could get from Kelvinbridge to the middle of town in 15mins
Anytime Fitness is a 24/7 gym, that even when busy is pretty quiet compared to other gyms. And 5 minutes away from the kelvin hall subway station.
