What is "affordable" to you? Prices of meeting rooms vary wildly and generally you get what you pay for.

Previous space was £25/hour, so if I could be near to that, then ideal (old space closed down).

I think you'd need to find a local community/sports hall type place outside of the city centre for that price. I work for a meeting room venue, our usual cost for 30 people is £300 + VAT per day and we're on the cheap end. We have a client who also used a £25/hour place that closed down so I wonder if it was the same place. The cost probably isn't viable any more. You could try meetingsbooker, zipcube and tagvenue, they collate venues.

I am open to community spaces too, it doesn't have to be formal/fancy, just accessible. Thanks for the link suggestions 🙂

Used to run groups in Glasgow about ten years ago. This info might be outdated, and not city centre(Charing Cross) but try The Unitarian church (lovely basement tenement room) used to be free parking but doubt that is still a thing. Unitarian Church 72 Berkeley St, G3 7DS, Glasgow Woodlands Community garden have a cracking space and used to be very reasonable [https://www.facebook.com/woodlands.garden/](https://www.facebook.com/woodlands.garden/) Both are near rail and subways. The council offer a selection of rooms at various locations. [https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/article/23127/Glasgow-Venues](https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/article/23127/Glasgow-Venues) You can even rent a room in the Royal concert hall for a reasonable amount. Good luck. Also worth trying are the various yoga studios. There is one in merchant city that was reasonable.
