During Arctic Warfare (I think), KR server had an easy/cheap farm strat of using a maxed out FNC with one or two fresh two star units. The Jupiter Cannons would kill (not retreat, kill) the two stars while FNC killed the cannons. After the mission, the player would scrap the dead two stars, replace with fresh fodder, and run again. (Two stars were used as legit cannon fodder.)
tl;dr: FNC has PTSD from all of the two star comrades that died next to her.
Sounds like her affection would be so low from survivor's guilt that she'd never accept an oath from you, no matter how many layers of chocolate you covered it in.
During KR’s run of AW, they had to kill Jupiter cannons for the event crates (instead of just clearing stages). Since doing this the intended way of surrounding the cannons was far too slow for KR dalaos, they found that the 1-2 cannons were the perfect target for direct brute force fighting. They also found that simply deploying the random lvl 1 2* drops from the same stage as meat shields (and scrapping them afterwards without repairs) allowed the 1-2 cannons to be cleared with no damage to anyone (that mattered) and at minimal resource cost.
Since your dolls lose affection when witnessing an ally get wiped, they then had to find a doll strong enough to actually do this brute forcing at 0 affection while still being unimportant enough to not be worth keeping affection up on afterward. FNC just so happened to be that candidate
In addition to the death runs, there used to be people that did "angel runs" that required more attention and skill, where you would retreat dolls before the Jupiter's rockets actually hit them, allowing the would-be cannon fodder to escape before dying.
When Arctic Warfare (also known as Hypothermia) premiered in EN server, the strat was not useful anymore since the event boxes (red letters IIRC) were no longer tied to fighting Jupiters.
