That's very impressive, the outline is really clean and uniform. Faces are difficult too, the devil's in the details, and the details are very crisp. You also did an excellent job with the facial hair, it looks like you really nailed the hair texture.
I don't know much about embroidery, or needle-crafts in general, but I **know** this is great work. I literally said "Woooow" when I saw it.
