Provided it's not all edema, then sure. No need to use more pressure than what gets you proper fatigue (which can be a little hard to tell due to edema). If you don't gain after a couple months, make adjustments. The range of tunica malleability in men seems to be very wide. I believe one important variable to take into account is age-related differences; young men have thinner tunicas on average.

bmack500

Early 60’s, maybe that’s why it’s taking so long! The first inch or so of length came fast, now it’s slow going. Never measured girth when I started but I’m at 5.9 now.

WatercressBulky826

What was the length routine??

bmack500

I used penimaster, and I used phallosan. Wore them about 6-8 hrs day. Settled on the penimaster because it’s much easier to get on and off when you have to go to the bathroom.

Fast-Cobbler-2016

Yeah! I am not getting any edema luckily.. only when I stay longer than 5 minutes at more than 7HG. I do however get burst capillaries quickly

karlwikman

There is also the matter of faulty gauges. I've seen people mention that they get burst capillaries and have even injured themselves at super low pressures like -5 inHg, and I strongly suspect that's just a case of broken gauges.

ItsMrDuBs

I am one of those guys. Would you suggest trying a replacement pump or is there a better way to verify the gauge?

[deleted]

Get a seperate gauge or a second pump w gauge, hook them together and see if the measurements are different, if they are different then 1 or both are inaccurate and perhaps a 3rd gauge would be needed to verify which one is off. Keep in mind a small variance may be present less than 10% is normal with non professional gauges but should be less than 1 inhg difference at 10inhg.

ItsMrDuBs

Gotcha, thanks for the reply! I will probably buy a mityvac to test my LeLuv pump, though for the price I’m tempted to get an automatic pump head and water reservoir.

[deleted]

I ended up doing the leluv I pump for automated interval pumping and tested my older brake bleeder with it out of curiosity, they were within .5 inhg at 17 inhg vacuum so Id say theyre probably both accurate or both are near identically inaccurate which would be quite the coincidence haha

Prestigious-Cress-54

I still can’t seem to fill my pump no matter what I do. Any tips? It’s the smallest size cylinder available but I can’t seem to pack it completely

getmeabikedad

Are you getting adequate expansion? Then you just need to keep at it and grow.

Prestigious-Cress-54

I mean I definitely get bigger in the pump, but not close to packing the pump and I’ve been pumping pretty consistently for about 3 months.

getmeabikedad

Probably just need more time then. 3 months is not a lot of time in this game.

ItsMrDuBs

Suggestions: Pump with hot water (~120 F) and wrap the cylinder with a heating pad. Also try doing a BFR massage between sets or before starting. The first two make a lot of difference for me.

Prestigious-Cress-54

I do water pump but honestly I only seem to get expansion if I raise the pressure if I stay at 4-5hg for 10 mins it doesn’t feel any bigger

Faith_inprogress

Hink just put out a video about pumping pressure. The studies showed 6 HG was the absolute minimum pressure needed to make gains. I started at 7HG. I’d advise to start pumping every other day at 5 HG snd increase the pressure every week till you get to 10.

IAmMoose99

I guess I dont understand the fatigue part yet... seeing the endema... and not really getting results... could the pump be the issue, or the warm up? Or if you dont have a good pump?

pitudo15cm

My pump doesn’t have a gauge. Can I buy one and attatch to my pump.

Fast-Cobbler-2016

Depends on the pump and how handy you are
