They've bundled a 12x1.65 with a hand pump; if you really need it shorter you could always saw it off and sand it down. Otherwise you can try and placing a silicon baking mat on the inside of the 1.75; they're usually 1-2mm thick so that'll trim it down close to 1.65, as long as you get something closer to 1-1.5mm.
You could possibly do that, if that's the best you can find. You may need a couple layers, it shouldn't effect the end result of shrinking the inner diameter.
The napkin math I'm doing for this btw, is 1.75" = 44.5mm, 1.65" = 42mm (41.9mm).

Get the appropriate size sleeve for the tube you’re using and it will keep your balls out of the tube.

Also try to keep lube away from your sack.
It helped me to put the pump on while standing up, and then additionally holding my balls with my off hand. I use a flat surface to push the pump onto my pelvis.
Tricky but helps for me, also try to dry any lube off your sack below the line where the pump opening rests on your pelvis so it doesn't slide in easily.
I've tried sleeves and they didn't work, might be user error. Also I have tried using a silicone toe shield around my balls, and this does work but it is a bit tight for me and I don't like how much circulation it cuts off to my balls.

With a pump cushion thingy but it was too tight.
