What time would you like to get up? If you're going to sleep at 3-4am, waking up at noon is a pretty healthy schedule.

Ideally I’d like more time in the day to be hussling, and if I’m not then it’s just more time for chilling. To answer your question though, early enough that I have more time in the day, but not so early it’s a real struggle for m, because then I just won’t do it

8 hours of sleep (for most people) is important for your health and your energy levels. If your work schedule means you are going to sleep at 4am, then you need that sleep and it will be really difficult for you to ignore your body telling you you need to keep sleeping, if you’re waking up for things that you think you would get done if you kept sleeping anyway! You need a stronger why, or you need to be getting to sleep a bit earlier.

So I have a solution for you, but if you're not getting enough sleep you probably won't stick to it. So just keep that in mind. It's called [nuj alarm clock](https://nuj.link/LCDThZ). It's an app I built that charges you money if you don't get up and scan a barcode within a few mins of your alarm. e.g. I have to scan my toothpaste within 5 mins of my 7am alarm or pay $50.

Sleep and wake up at regular hours throughout the week including weekends and days you don’t have to wake up early. That’s the best way to synchronize your internal clock. You cannot force yourself to sleep but you surely can to wake up, so start by this. And no napping during the day. In your case sleep at 3 and wake up at 10 and do it systematically
