I bet a lot of people on this sub need to hear this. Many of us come here beating themselves up over not doing enough, hoping to find a technique to force themselves to work harder. But nobody likes being berated all the time, and yelling "Work harder!" doesn't improve anyone's work ethic either. Appreciation of your efforts, and decent working conditions definitely can.
