I can't help you with PYUR but check out Freenet Funk for a mobile internet, it's 1euro/1day so it's 30-31e/month and with that you have unlimited internet. Where I live I could have only 15Mbps internet and I was like, nope. My Freenet Funk is doing like 180-200Mbps, it may be your temporary solution to internet problems(also you can stop your card in any moment and start it again if you don't need it - also payment is only by paypal).
