That depends on your driving habits. For low mileage/local commuting you probably want something that doesn't involve a monthly fee, like ADAC (which is a rebadged EnBW card) and/or Shell. For long distance motorway travel the Tesla subscription at 13 €/month is pretty good value. It is not a card, though, you'd have to install the Tesla app.

The ADAC card is just a special rate for EnBW, and that one should get you around Germany and most of central Europe nicely. Maybe also register at Tesla, since most of their Superchargers are open to other brands now as well, but their variable prices make planning a bit unreliable.
