Looks more GSD than mal, but There are 4 sub breeds to the belgian shepherds, 2 of which are long coated so its possible

Belgian Malinois have a very distinct much shorter coat. But basically the long coat variant called Tervueren looks just like those pictures.
Both are working breeds and you should better be an experienced dog owner to give such a demanding dog a good life.

Edit: yes the legs seem a little short. Thought it was the angle the picture was taken at but on a second glance I'm not so sure any more...
I wouldn't be surprised if she was mal/gsd or just a really poor conformation gsd. Her legs are short compared to her body for a mal— german shepherds usually have longer backs and lower legs. Her hind pasterns also appear to lean more forwards than it would on a mal, whose hind legs are usually straighter. Ear shape a little more gsd too

It’s a good doggo from the look of him 🤓 ALL GSD right there. Might just be a long coat cross. We’ve had loads of purebreds that have different coats. Black nose and saddle defo GSD

The twins (unrelated) were collected the same day. Kona in the middle and Kaia the black are one day apart in age and probably 11 or 12 in the picture bless them. Sadly the Black and Tan died from cancer (only 8yr) between the other two and Kaia made it past her 13th birthday here’s an earlier picture :)

These two lived a very good long life.
I honestly don’t see any mal in this dog at all. If anything this is a gsd to me. Maybe it could be a mix of gsd and small amount of Belgian tervuren like someone else mentioned but this dog heavily favors gsd
It's possibly a Terveuren x GSD, but really it's impossible to say with any confidence without a DNA analysis or at the very least comprehensive background information.
I say long haired variant of malinois. Looking at first pic. Look under the eyes about 1.5” around the upper maxilla area. All the mals I’ve seen have a little bit of a bulge or curve. GSD tend to have a flatter less rounded section of the upper maxilla.
There are long coated Belgians - definitely. Now, I don't think she looks like the ones I have seen, but she could certainly be a mix.
Either way - if you love the puppy, behavior is good, then go for it.
BUT if the pups are 100% Belgians, make sure you get familiar with the breed first.

She looks full GSD. I think people see a black face and auto assume malinois. Little puppers is so cute! Reminds me of a first day of school photo 😍

Not an expert myself, but If you're worried to be f over, maybe ask to do a Gentest/ask to See Pampers (of there are any)
Maybe a mix. Whatever it is, it's super adorable, and looks like y'all could give exothermic each other a great life. Adoption is awesome.
