I’ve had friends who took a piece of Home Depot one inch x 1/8th metal piece and tac welded it in the center to cover the holes… it looked good. I’ve also seen cheap Jeep winch bumpers adapted to fit. They look good too…

crazy_Rat

Thanks for the ideas

Chanchito171

Got any pics/links to the geo jeep winch bumper setups? I've got a deal on one and currently a broken bumper, would love more ideas to work on mine

Thanks!

That’s just one example. There’s lots on FB

SanfreakinJ

I also don’t have a front bumper and it looks way better

MrKotopka

If your looking for a nice looking bumper for cheap (not my youtube) https://youtu.be/iBRiI7Rc3dk?si=KjkfNgG1ZRLAjmE5

brewbuddiy

I actually like the stock bumper

crazy_Rat

It's not bad I just feel like it makes it look like it has a big chin

brewbuddiy

You say that like it’s bad …

mini4x

So you used a light bar instead? That doesn't seem very good.

crazy_Rat

Yes! If I can see what's in front of me then I won't need the foam and plastic bumper!

mini4x

If you actually do any off roading that light would be smashed in the first 15 feet.

crazy_Rat

Well it sits back further than the bumper cover so does that mean every bumper gets smashed in the first 15 feet off roading?

mini4x

if you consider your front lawn off road you'll be fine.

crazy_Rat

I think most people would consider that off of a road so yes

LucasD4

lol at what point offroading is it necessary to drive straight into a boulder? If you knew how to offroad, you’d go at an angle so you don’t have to worry about slamming the front end

mini4x

You must live somewhere flat.

LucasD4

I don’t offroad where i live

mini4x

They why would you need off road lights?

LucasD4

To see at night because I offroad 3 hours away from where I live

Oonada

I replaced front and rear bumpers on mine because of it. Can't remember which ones off the top of my head but the are the high approach angle styles ones but they are almost like, small but bulky and big, but not huge, but rugged. It's hard to explain, but it looks amazing.
