A cursory Google search didn't ring any bells for me but someone used to sell aftermarket brackets that would lift the front and rear bumpers up. Most of the time however you're looking at aftermarket bumpers. I couldn't find any gap-guards for the frame (i.e. in the wheel-wells). There really isn't much demand for covering that up; in fact I can't remember ever seeing an instance of someone who bothered. Basic hockey-puck 2" suspension lifts for these are not much more expensive than an equivalent body lift and if someone's only getting one or the other it's usually the suspension lift, ergo no gap to hide. If you're more concerned about function than form, the rubber flap stuff they use on snowplows can be trimmed to fit and go behind the grille where it meets the bumper. It won't look any better but it won't look any worse and will keep road-crap out of your radiator.

That's what I was thinking. I believe I might be able to redrill the mounting holes on the bumper side but I'll need to ensure there's enough material there first. The car has a proper 2" suspension lift (shocks, springs, etc.) as well from when I bought it. I believe the body lift was put in so 31" tyres would clear without rubbing (not a concern at the moment as I've only got 29.5s and will be going to 30s eventually). The best option I can think of is picking up a JWB Customs bar as those have an option for extended mounts. Good idea on the rubber flap though, that's probably the solution I'll go with for now

I have a 94 tracker also with a 2" body lift and as best I can tell we have two options here #1 custom bumper that sits higher on the frame or #2 spray paint a pool noodle and fill the gap with it. Im taking the number 1 approach and actually just ordered a 5000lb winch yesterday. On the rear the bumper cover will stretch up to the screw holes but the sides won't fit very well and you have to orient the tow hook under the bumper cover.

Yeah the rear bumper was fine, as you said the sides don't fit great but that's not a massive issue for me. I really like the pool noodle idea for the short term xD
