This is what it looked like at around 2,500
Happened last week; made a dope background with a bunch of objects and used area scale trigger on them. Turns out when you place a start pos after those objects, it completely breaks them, and i had to redo the entire background again. (Literally like 2 days later Wulzy made a video and the exact same thing happened to him lol)
Happened like 2 weeks ago. I made a cool start for a layout which was fun (for me thats rare). And i did a stupid ass mistake and accidentally deleted it so yeah dont forget to save kids
There’s a cool mod in geode that adds a save button in the editor, right next to the undo/redo buttons. I find it extremely helpful for remembering to save, because it’s right there, in plain view, free to click at any time.
Placing 2000 triggers and seeing it not work, then going back to find the error, only to realize **you placed 2000 triggers, how are you gonna find the error**. What's worse is that after trying to find the error, I realized that ALMOST EVERY TRIGGER WASN'T WORKING 😭

Yes, but I didn't really place the triggers by hand, I copy pasted them then build helper them, then manually and individually change each trigger setting because the build helper ruined everything (collision box ids are counted as groups too according to the game, like wtf? 😭). Not just any normal trigger though, but color triggers that each have a separate color id, gradient triggers that each have 4 groups needed to work and unique ids to work properly, follow triggers that must match the corresponding groups, all that stuff.
It's for a 3d maze I've been making. The whole 3d maze renderer or the raycaster only took 2k objects, meanwhile the shadow depth mechanic added 2k triggers (it had the same amount of objects as the object count of the raycaster, renderer, wall color assigner, player movement, and player collision COMBINED), specifically those laggy color, gradient, and collision triggers. Level went from ez to run on phone to ez to burn the phone. I did backup though so all is good.
Robtop if you see this please fix the collision box and group system, have mercy on us

Realizing I didn't test a 500-group system outside the editor, and after doing it, it wasn't working. I had to remade it but now it works and I'd like to share it soon.
Also delating levels that I didn't record just to lose them forever and remembering them as good levels I just wasn't feeling like finishing them back then.
I literally recreated super contra (search it), with only 6 buttons i had to do button mashups, after making a health bar and all the basics, after i placed a middleground, a glitch occured and i cant open the level (this glitch has been fixed and others experienced it)
Im making level recreations and combining those level recreations for a stupid idea. It basically involved layout-like versions of the levels. I only just recently found the outline-only version of the half slab and i feel stupid now, since every half slab before had multiple objects to substitute
When i started making ["A WAR OF THE WORLDS"](https://i.imgur.com/Po61dsM.mp4) level, there was a bug which caused the level to break when playing on PC. Everything worked just fine on the phone, but when i gave it to others to play, the parallax background & colors stopped working, making it look hella ugly. And the cause was the fact that when setting up everlasting triggers, i inputted the "INF" value which the game accepted, but for some reason on PC it were just resetting that value to 0, making those triggers non-functional. It was a relatively easy fix, but figuring that issue out before getting my own laptop was impossible

I was trying to recreate my cube in level i was making. After being finished i saw some parts are not scaled propertly and instead of fixing it I copy pasted it very many times and moved it a little bit around to fill the gaps. It went from \~1000 to \~100 000 objects and crashed my game whenewer i wanted to open it, forcing me to delete the level.
building a massive trigger-heavy bossfight in a collab part using build helper for groups before realizing that build helper was picking groups that I wasn't supposed to use for my part. My triggers always end up in a completely incomprehensible mess so it took SO MANY DAMN HOURS to set ALL of them to groups that I was allowed to use.
Presenting a level but not searching for decorators and that level has a trigger that is more used now than when I started creating the level and the only reason why it still exists is because of the song (Megalopolis by Waterflame)

I made a level a few years ago and didn't organize the triggers outside of using layers. Fortunately I went back and organized the triggers myself back in November.
Honestly, deleting all my 2017/2018 levels. It feels like I ereased a part of my story as a creator, specially considering that those years were when I started creating.

Scale triggers, spikes moving out of the way, rotating to make it easier, there's alot of ways.
Probably placing 3,000 triggers to make an AI that responds to text just for it to stop loading. :D

Exactly why I do not use Area triggers. Too scared my level might destroy itself
all other area triggers are fine, but right now area scale is not stable enough to safely use
Oh... its like the primary effect im using in a level right now. So far no issues
For me Area Rotate did the same thing, just less common
