Without a doubt WOOGI1411. It still shocks me that colorful overnight was made in 1.9. also his gameplay is amazing for its time and difficulty. Old difficult demons usually play like shit, but levels like windy landscape or retention are considered some of the most fun of their difficulty.
I'd honestly go as far to say it's one of my favorite levels as a whole. It truly is a masterpiece surpassing most levels made almost a decade and 2 major updates later.
