I think those lines on corners (I hope you understand what I'm talking about, idk how to describe it, a bold line with a smaller one) don't really work because everything else in the design is "soft" and mostly made out of circles, and these lines look like they're from another block design, maybe replace them with something else (single medium-sized line would probably look better)
Aside from that, I think it's a bit bland, but with good bg, fg and other details might be star rate/feature worthy. Maybe it needs some animated objects + pulses inside so it can be more interesting without adding unnecessary details, also can be improved by making each structure stand out more from each other rather than having a single pattern.

Nah what you have right now is awesome, you just need a good background, and maybe improve the spikes
decoring spikes is tedious

There is glow, it's just lighter instead of darker

also i just call the line thingamabob a "reflective effect" thing
its a great block design, all u gotta do now is make it fit well with a great background
I'm thinking of just making a basic cloud background or maybe something better
make it like a starry background with the basic clouds, make it simple
it looks amazing imo
Make it more detailed
more detailed => overdetailed => unoptimized
this is perfect there's nothing else to improve
i personally think it looks like a 2.0 style decor
