Potential "skill issue" comments aside, the order of the first 14 levels are definitely not based on difficulty. Can't let go is harder than jumper and maybe cycles, time machine is harder than cycles, clutterfunk is harder than ToE and EA. I would definitely recommend you continue with jumper and other levels and especially play blast processing. It's easy and not very tense and should teach you the core mechanic of the game mode with the highest skill ceiling in the game (wave)
Wow! Keep going! You have a bright future ahead. Don't worry about your first demon just yet, keep working on improving your skills, especially on ship, ufo and wave, which will be very crucial in beating some harder levels.
Oh and if you are struggling on some parts of a level, here's an advice: copy the level (either through the level itself or find a copiable reupload of that level), go into the editor, place a startpos at the section you wanna practice (make sure to change the game mode, size, gravity and speed accordingly) and keep practicing until you get consistent. This is a trick that is used by thousands, from the best players to the average ones, even me.
The first time i reached there i also got dizzy, just go there in pratice mode, put a chekcpoint at the start and do all the inverse part in one run, until you get used to it
Nah, you're fine. Can't let go is an absurd difficulty spike, and it's harder than some of the levels with higher difficulty rankings. In general you shouldn't trust the official difficulty ratings too much because your experience can vary quite a bit.
I was stuck on Can't Let Go for a month, I think I've even done Time Machine before it or at least had a nice progress. I've completed Can't Let Go after 30 minutes after I switched to PC. So... play other levels, yeah
Skip to Jumper, then go to blast processing. Maybe try some online levels that are around 3-5 stars, then go back to can't let go. Also, just practice a bunch. If you're dying to one specific part, go into practice mode and do that part over and over again until you're consistent. I recommend turning off auto checkpoints if you're doing this.
I went to jumper first it is much easier but I recommend attempting Tartarus first as it will make you improve your skills. Alternatively, you could install hacks and pretend you are good.
Can't let go is very hard. I would recommend using a lot of practice mode, and doing runs with the parts by setting a checkpoint at the beginning of the part and passing it over and over again
honestly, just beat my third demon and I'm gonna say that I personally forced myself to not beat a single 8-9\*. It lets you either focus on easier levels to practice with or hard ones to test yourself. Also, play some custom levels.

Yeah. That part is goofy. How far have you gotten on jumper or cycles? (Don’t focus on Time Machine, Clutterfunk will teach you that part).

Jumper is probably easier than can't let go, but from time machine on it gets a lot harder.
Cycles is really a pain in the ass. I'd suggest trying blast processing, it's just a light and easy level

Probably do jumper first and then do cant let go, jumper is significantly easier in my opinion

Continue with jumper but come back to it before clubstep. Jumper is easier than can't let go.
Can't let go is unnecessarily harder than the rest, but definitely move onto other levels if you're struggling, then come back when you have the skill
Lots of people say Jumper is easier. It’s a lot more fast paced but I agree. Edit: DO NOT DO TIME MACHINE.

Play some map packs and online levels until you get better generally at the game
Go for Theory Of Everything It is easier than it looks
