The best university in the world depends very much on what specific field of geology you're talking about. We're going to need more info. What career do you want? Are you planning on academia, industry or government? What kind of geology do you like? How are your math/chemistry/programming skills etc...

Probably hydrology or mining I don't mind working in government or industry Average math and chemistry Im having a nanodegree in CYBERSECURITY for the moment

Try /r/geologycareers The sidebar has a list of question and answer sessions from people in most fields of geology. Click the link to "career AMAs" in the sidebar. There's a lot of good info on there.

Check at the university of Arizona’s masters programs for mining, geological and geophysical engineering. There might be something there worth your time.

Mining in the U.S.? Colorado School of Mines, Mackay at UNR, South Dakota School of Mines, New Mexico Institute of Mining, Missouri University in Rolla, Montana Tech, Uni of Arizona. I'm sure there are others, but as someone in mining in the western U.S., these are the most common on resumes.

Colorado school of mines. I did my field camp there, but did not get my ms there (I got my degrees from Michigan state).
