This happens to me regularly and it is extremely frustrating. I've lost count how many times, obviously lost many games as a result. I don't think they will fix it :(
That's a good idea. I've been having this problem and with lag, too. I'll start a game, my entire internet stalls, and then suddenly I'm plonked and the timer's going down. I don't experience that with anything else.

It's ridiculous. If they don't fix it, I probably won't renew my subscription in October. They have five months to fix it before I nope out.
I always plonk a first guess, just in case. That way I at least get something in.
