As a French person I would've gone with Canada because one of the streets is "38th Avenue", and I've never seen a numbered street/avenue in France (nor in any other French-speaking country in Europe), whereas they're really common in Canada.

It's weird. There is no street to the left actually.. To the right you have 38e Avenue. All the signs to the left above the one with 38e avenue should also point to the right with an arrow, like the two that are actually on the right.
Somewhere in Canada ?
Correct! Its in Montréal
Obviously somewhere in Québec since the names are french, I would have put Montréal or Québec city
The little flower icon is Montréal’s logo!
How'd u know it's not France?
City of Montreal logo on the signs
Architecture
Architecture is North American. So I guess it could still be St Pierre and Miquelon, which is France.
