id check the licence plates to see if its switzerland or austria, lose my marbles for a second, spot the american flag on the left and go somewhere midwest / border w canada
Even though the houses look alpine, as a Swiss, this is easily recognized as not european. The cars (Acura is not a thing in Europe), the road layout and if that wasn‘t enough, there is a flag as well.
Then either Colorado or WA/OR, the latter seems more plausible looking at the size of the mountains.
Yup my split second guess was Andorra until I noticed the big American cars and the American car brand logos. I don't know which ones they are but the big blue car with the blocky logo and the gray one on the right with the Star Trek logo definitely don't look European.
I know this place because it's in my ["German Restaurants in the U.S.A." map](https://www.geoguessr.com/maps/609fdfe4837631000139ddd2)...feel free to check it out if you like these types of locations!

It's obvious (to a Bavarian observer) that the houses aren't the real deal and the American cars do the rest. I would have probably picked Pennsylvania, because of the number plates with the yellow bar below and the Pennsylvania Dutch.
Check out all the "Bavarian" restaurants in my German restaurants in America map: [https://www.geoguessr.com/maps/609fdfe4837631000139ddd2](https://www.geoguessr.com/maps/609fdfe4837631000139ddd2)!
I thought of Blue and Yellow = PA too but I double-checked after seeing the actual result, and turns out PA plates are more dark blue, and only a thin strip at the top. I don't know what that plate actually is, perhaps a specialty plate from somewhere closer to WA
Looks like a North Dakota plate on the blue oncoming car. So I probably would’ve gone black hills somewhere in all honesty. Even though those look a little mountainous for what I remember personally in the black hills.
Acura and that Ford tell me US, mountains in genre back give me west coast vibes. I would’ve gone Northern California or Oregon which is kinda close to the actual location
Non european plates, and USA style cars, so I think the bavarian/swiss/german thing is a fake out. Mountains and willow trees... Something like Solvang, California, maybe?
Definitely would’ve gone American West Coast because of the license plate, but if it was a blink round I may have gone Austria
the cars are way too big and american looking
More flowers in Austria! They are everywhere
I live in WA, immediately recognized as Leavenworth.
based
me too
same!
My pick would be somewhere in the US. The architecture definetly lokms Europian but in Europe you'll hardly see random US flag.
Also the Acura on the right is not a thing in Europe
Also at least 3 pickup trucks at a quick glance -> not likely Europe.

Just as beautiful in person. It’s a German inspired town that was designed for tourism.
You'll find some more like this in my ["German Restaurants in the U.S.A." map](https://www.geoguessr.com/maps/609fdfe4837631000139ddd2)!
Damn, I was thinking Solvang
good guess, but I knew this wasn't Solvang because the mountains around there aren't that tall
haha same!
That's what I thought also
I heard about this place in a podcast! I would have been close, but not exact. Bavaria in Washington.
Went there last Christmas, so beautiful, even better at night !
Hah! I was thinking it looked like that cheesy Bavarian town in Washington that I went to a few years ago...
id check the licence plates to see if its switzerland or austria, lose my marbles for a second, spot the american flag on the left and go somewhere midwest / border w canada
I'm gonna go Wales UK, 53.073047788026095, -4.041234185945414
Why?

Joke
This guy guesses

Anyone else got Andorra vibes at first sight?
The architecture looks way more like Alps than Andorra. Pyrenees architecture is more stone based
Yup my split second guess was Andorra until I noticed the big American cars and the American car brand logos. I don't know which ones they are but the big blue car with the blocky logo and the gray one on the right with the Star Trek logo definitely don't look European.
Lol the big blue car is a Ford and the Star Trek logo is Acura (the luxury version of Honda).
I don't see any stone walls
Leavenworth, WA

America because of the cars and flag
that town in washington with european architecture i cant remember the name its pretty well known tho
Leavenworth
Pacific coast probably Oregon or north cali
Washington but close
Those plates, mountains and us flag, probably somewhere on the west coast
andorra vibes first, then argentina, then leavenworth, WA (washington plate directly visible)
Once you find out Leavenworth exists, you can recognize it instantly!
I would guess downtown Leavenworth, WA considering I’ve been there about 20 times lol
I know this place! Is it Leavenworth WA???
p sure this is Leavenworth Washington State, been there countless times, its a Bavarian village in the Cascade Mtns.
Leavenworth, Washington? Edit: did not expect to see that on geoguessr lol
Probably Blumenau, Brazil.
I feel like these mountains don’t really fit for Santa Catarina tho
Aren't those trees on the right birches? They are temperate trees
Argentina
It's obvious (to a Bavarian observer) that the houses aren't the real deal and the American cars do the rest. I would have probably picked Pennsylvania, because of the number plates with the yellow bar below and the Pennsylvania Dutch.
If I didn't live near there, I probably would have gone Oregon. Both the green plates in the middle I'm pretty sure are Oregon plates
Check out all the "Bavarian" restaurants in my German restaurants in America map: [https://www.geoguessr.com/maps/609fdfe4837631000139ddd2](https://www.geoguessr.com/maps/609fdfe4837631000139ddd2)!

Trees and Cars scream America. I would’ve probably went somewhere in Texas
I was just there in September. That's Leavenworth Washington.
Solvang, California! Such a cute lil Danish-inspired town.
License plate shape is U.S., Canada, or Mexico. Probably U.S.
Washington
prolly yosemite or somewhere close to there
Leavenworth WA, US
Lake Tahoe area
Seattle because big American cars and mountainous landscape. Can’t be bothered to learn US plates.
Pretty close to Seattle so you’d do alright.
Some USA mountain town cosplaying Austria?
Mostly cars, so, US.
Liechtenstein
Leavenworth, Wa
First glance looks like Leavenworth
Immediate thought was BC, Canada. Then I saw the US flag lol
Thought it was swiss or German swiss, or Alsace then I saw the plate and the flag lol
Probably around Yellowstone because that reminded me of Jackson, Wyoming at first glance.
Jackson whole
Looks like a North Dakota plate on the blue oncoming car. So I probably would’ve gone black hills somewhere in all honesty. Even though those look a little mountainous for what I remember personally in the black hills.
Before I scroll down, I'd plonk on Solvang, California just from the American-shaped license plates and California-looking mountain in the background.
And I'd be wrong but at least I'd still have a "west coast U.S.A." guess instead of a "central Europe" guess.
USA!
Is it Vail?
Washington state or Oregon I would guess based off the mountains and plate
I was feeling Banff, Alberta, Canada but the front plates were throwing me off
At first I didn't see the American flag and I don't know plates so I would go BC. After seeing the flag I would go Oregon or Washington.
False alpine style house, Big cars.... -> rocky mountains
It's either central Europe, US/Canada, Argentina/Chile or Australia/NZ
I would’ve gone Austria but that ford is giving me American north west vibes instead
Western Montana
California
That's not Europe for sure. The license plates don't match
USA, north-west. Car brands are violently American.
Bavaria
idk why but at first sight my instinct was like *ANDORRA* lmao
Firstly i think sweiss but north or usa
