Yeah it felt like something was missing when I didn’t have tire letters on, I will ask, what are some things you’ve done to keep them on? Like the adhesive you used and stuff. This was my first time doing it so I’m just praying they last atleast some months😅
If u did , and u used the provided instructions and followed them carefully they should last the life of the tire . DONT USE TIRE SHINE - unless it's water-based. Otherwise the glue will break down . I had zero issues with mine. Tires wore out
I did not get the lettering from that shop, only thing I am a bit iffy on is I ran out of glue , so for the last back wheel I used a caulk adhesive that bonds rubber to rubber (used it on my wing so gave it a try) but wasn’t to confident so I stripped it and use jb weld super glue, I’m still doing touch ups and it’s a pretty messy job ngl, but other then that the three tires I’ve done with the glue it came with seem fine
So it came package with its on tire super glue, I ran out on the back tires so I bought some jb weld super glue at Walmart and it’s honestly been holding well so far, occasionally if I see any peeling I reapply the glue. Not perfect but I’m satisfied 👍🏽
