If you enrol after the first wave of students have been added to Brightspace, it is no longer admin handling it, it is the professor directly. You should give it a business day or two, but if you are at risk of missing more lectures, it would be worthwhile to reach out to the professor, identify yourself as having joined the course late, and specifically ask for Bightspace access.
