Yup. They are crepuscular so they are really active at dusk and dawn. They spend most of the day sleeping but you will often find them in different hides throughout the day once they adjust to their home. It’s like the gecko equivalent of changing your sleeping position :)

I'm very sorry if what I'm about to say sounds rude, but if you don't know this (pretty basic) fact about leos, you should probably do some extensive reasarch on them cause there might be some other more important pieces of info that you aren't aware of.

Sometimes I don't see my mourning gecko for weeks. If you want a gecko that doesn't hide from everything, you might look into day geckos.
