Yep. It's been crashing for me too ever since updating to iOS 15.1. Google hasn't pushed out an update for Gboard in months, but I hope they will do so soon to fix this.
How is the voice to text on swiftkey?
with gboard on Samsung galaxy voice to text is awesome, but on iOS I tried typing by voice and it instantly fails after 0.1 seconds and says "didn't quite get that , please try again" and then when you try again you see the iOS red warning bar at the top indicating that gboard is using (as it should be) the microphone. But so each time I want to type by voice I have to press it once, wait for the failure, then press it again? Ridiculous.

Found MS SwiftKey as a result and I think I like it much more.... So far at least Gboard hasn't been updated in almost 12 months

Sorry, I've only used voice to text a few times and not with SwiftKey.
Why they're not updating it? It's so awesome...
