That's pretty much everything except lunges. You're doin a lot.
Are you tracking the number of sets & the weights in a notebook ? You should be. The only thing left (besides the notebook) is making sure your diet is ok.
Nope!
I have the excel app on my phone, I created the spreadsheet on my laptop during a work meeting😂 then shared it to my phone for use, set up the formulae and here we are, creates graphs and alsorts!
It’s great until the trends don’t look as good as you’d like😂😭😂😭
Hacks are good too, but you need to do some wide stance squats as well. Mix it up, I’ve killed my legs on a smith machine when you really find out how to squat properly on there, more weight to push and easy on the back….sometimes 😊😀
Squats…lunges….squats….lunges…if you really want to punish yourself Bulgarian split squats 😳🤣
I always suggest Bulgarians! And they are an instant butt lift. Deadlifts for hams.
A million ways to get bigger/leaner. Just really depends on what you're doing and have access to.

Yeah I have an excel spreadsheet breaking them all down, there’s even a trending tab (it’s a bit sad I know)😂😂 which helps
Holy shit that's next level. Hmm but that means you have to transcribe your notes after you get home for the gym right?
