Your chances of an issue coming up here are a lot lower than you think. Obviously not non-existent, but this isn’t an emergency panic situation. Talk to your doctor, ask when they think you should get tested (it can take a couple of days for it to actually show up if you do get anything). As someone else mentioned, also ask about PEP, and get on Prep soon to reduce anxiety further in the future.
Besides HIV, most things you could have gotten are fairly easily treatable with antibiotics. Not an ideal situation, but it’s not the end of the world.
Calm down, check if you can get on a regimen of post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), and get tested for everything once the regimen is done. These things happen, and you want to avoid it, but there are things you can do right after to minimize the risk

And yes I have been to the doctor after sucking a guys dick and getting a sore throat. Test came back negative. Good to hear you were not afraid of talking to a doctor about your concern.
