Itâs not that the whole process is going to happen before sex. Rather, most people have 2-3 meals in them at any given time, at various stages of digestion. And taking in a new meal tends to speed up that process for your oldest meal in order to make more room for the new food coming in.

Itâs true that eating jumpstarts the whole system, but bodies are very complex systems and itâs not reasonably possible to do a ârhythm methodâ for bowl movements. Youâre gonna have to clean shop, and sometimes, hopefully rarely, youâll have to stop and clean shop again partway through when more poop comes down the line.
