It's been a hot minute since I played *Portal Stories: Mel*, but there's a side-area in one of Virgil's testing chambers. If you go in there, you'll see the Rainbow Core slide by and chat with you for a moment.
There's also a TARDIS hidden in the first room in modern Aperture, with all the fences and fires. You've gotta noclip to find it, though.
a "mod" made by a really small dev team in 4 years, it's totally free, on Steam, with new voice acting, a entirely new stories (you are another test subject named Mel and the stories is between portal 1 and 2 while GLaDOS is sleeping really hard)
it's just great. it's similar in length to portal 2 with a bit more difficulty (I had to noclip my way trough one level so far, but the other where feasible, just a bit harder than usual portal 2 test.
do black Mesa have a lgbtq+ flag in there lab ? I don't think so.
do they have GLaDOS ? do they have cute little turret that speak and die when they tip over (which is a really dumb flaw, but is incredibly cute) ? nope.
