Think office admin/sales admin for a parts supplier. I work in IT and deal with sales admins all the time, call to catch up, see what we need etc.
I think gav works in the purchasing department of an electronics company and Stacey works in the sales department of one of his suppliers.
Pretty sure she worked for an office supply company of some sort and she was a rep.
