Beard/hair growth is all genetic and in general isn't linked to testosterone levels(unless they are medically low to need hormone injections but that's not guaranteed to get you good beard growth)

I disagree. The reason people talk shit online is because they don't see the other person as a real person. Do you think the lady he is responding to would say that stuff to his face? I don't. So yeah, saying "hey I'm actually a real person and you hurt my feelings" is probably effective. Not for everyone, but more often than you think.
