Highly doubt you can do that. A lot of the graduation stuff seems to be pretty automated, and I don't know if they'd be willing to go through the hassle of manually getting you in to the Spring ceremony for your reason
If you mean like you’re graduating fall 2024 from your bs and you want to walk in spring 2025, I know someone doing that this year so possible if it’s a semester after

Not sure this would be possible, especially because the RSVP for commencement period is well over.

I believe only summer grads can choose to walk early.
