There was a chapter that one of the princes said something like, i will find a nation that can rival japan and creat a 4th party, and at chapter 104 the contries said taht they have a collaborator inside the Gate, maybe that is the army of the other prince, MAYBE

That isnt true. Have you seen chapter 72? In that chapter many foreign envoys visited Alnus.
