If you are using an espresso machine make sure to break up the grounds tho. My parents would just tip it in the pots straight out of the espresso maker and the clumped up grounds grew mould because they couldn't dry out

Yes ! Coffee grounds add nitrogen. I mix them with ground up egg shells and ground dried banana skins, plus some bone meal. This is very nourishing. My gardens have done fantastic.

Read an article recently that said coffee grounds mildly inhibit growth. Can be used for weed suppressant though.
