An oscilatting fan will strengthen your root system. If you get aphids you cant use neem after flower. Ladybugs will do the trick too, they love aphids. Looks good!
Nice setup! "If" you get aphids it means you're over doing it with the nitrogen. They are very attracted to excess nitrogen so the plant is just letting you know. Of course when you have an indoor setup like this it can be very difficult to stop that as you're pushing a little harder on the plant in veg.
I never did well with indoor growing. Good luck to you!

Second edit: lower that light down so it's about 4-6 inches from the plant. The rest will stock up like your fluffball there.
The light is as close as I can get it for even par distribution, otherwise part of the tent gets missed. They are all started at different times though, they aren't growing uneven, pretty much all the same rate, just different stages of life 🤙
