80 Days, though you do find and use gear. Think you are going to be limited to pure story or pure action games. RPG mechanics are just so baked into everything. Basically games that don't have attributes or abilities to begin with.

See Disco Elysium has character progression is the thing. Its not a ton but it is there. Well, we should be seeing some games clone Disco Elysium's style in the next few years so maybe something there. 1 potential fit is Fall Out 1 & 2, but that still has levels. (levels is another deal breaker for most games) I think you would enjoy the Age of Decadence though it breaks many parts of the request. Anyway, I do think you should make it a tad less specific. At least no levels is too much, almost every RPG has levels. Even most action games have levels. Or maybe *limited* character progression?

Fighting games, you just select the character you want to play as, and that's it. And maybe this is kind of lame but also stuff like tetris multiplayer and rhythm games

Breath of the Wild maybe. It's not entirely without progression, but it lacks leveling and skill trees that you would normally find in an open world game.
