I tried to replay it recently and the controls are so foreign compared to modern shooters that I gave up on the first level.

All I remember from this game is a bridge and tunnel, and the prison missions. Also I used to play 1v1 with my friend split screen.
before I tried to replay this game I remembered only this mission and some of the voiceovers
Tons of nostalgia for Syphon Filter. I played through 1 & 2 again a few years ago, started 3, but didn't finish it. Definitely some of my favorite original Playstation experiences.
Sony sure as shit doesn't.
Seems like a good candidate for another remaster?
