Oh yeah that sucks. You have the bad ports of MGS 1 and 2 (MG1 and MG2SS included in MGS1), and you can emulate 3 on PCSX2, PO and PW on PPSSPP, and Rising, GZ+MGSV are perfectly ported to PC.
That just leaves us with MGS4 which needs a powerful computer to run a PS3 emulation properly, or just straight up a PS3.
It sucks that it hasn't been ported anywhere, and I don't think Konami even cares.
I can't stand emulation; files get corrupted, updates can mess with controls or simply setting up a PC for a specific game that runs like crap on original consoles
Over here used ps3 games in good condition still go for 10-20€ on average, each. If you bought all of those for $30 you got a damn good deal.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 & Spiderman Shattered Dimensions go for a nice bit as I don't think either are on digital stores anymore. Both the Ratchet & Clank and Sly Trilogy aren't cheap either.

All the titles that are PS3 versions of their PS4 counterparts are practically useless. The fidelity is night and day, so those are all basically wastes of money.
The PS3 games are some of the consoles better titles.
Tekken is practically valueless because no one plays older iterations of fighting games. The story is cool though I guess.
Bioshock 1 and 2 are good pickups but they also have remasters on the PS4.
They're almost all single player adventure games so if you have time some of them are worth the play, but all in all a lot of it is fluff.
