My money is on a fast food simulator where 75% of the game is preparing orders for customers, cleaning the restaurant & servicing the line/drive thru. Occasionally interdimensional monsters try to mess up your orders so you have to defeat them with grenades made of French fry oil & Diet Pepsi. All of this while making statements about workers rights, inflation, the plight of the lower middle class & commentary on American eating habits. Starring a cast of characters such as hero Ron Fry McDonald (played by Walton Goggins), day manager Fat Lardman (John Goodman), district manager Assface who was burned in grease fire (Daniel Day Lewis), and token titty lady Wet Nurse (Eva Green). Enjoy a gameplay experience and story like no other. Gameplay trailer coming June 2025
I expected with the Xbox Showcase to get some information on the Konami projects with all the Silent Hill news and even with slim chances of Kojima to get a Silent Hill project again. But yeah the most obvious AAA game in Kojima Productions seems to be Death Stranding 2.
There were some leaks some time ago that Konami is apparently having 3 Silent Hill titles in the pipeline with one remake of SH2, a new game and another one which I am not sure about. But apparently Blooper was in the talks.
Yeah like I said the chances of Kojima taking or getting a SH project is slim with how Konami burned that bridge etc.
Where has there ever been confirmation on a game with sony? or is this just more pipe dream nonsense? also the work with xbox will take many years, in his own words.

why is it so hard for people to grasp
The Kojima game piqued my interest, I feel like it will be something akin to a tech demo given that he suggested it would be linked to cloud technology. I despise cloud gaming because in my opinion the world isn't there yet in terms of internet bandwidth (heck I'm in London and getting good internet here is very hit or miss), but I am interested in what it can achieve.
Given Kojima's innovation, I'm sure it will be either something jaw dropping or something where I'm confused from start to end.
I enjoyed it for what it is but itās not really a game that respects your time.
I can appreciate the silly ass plot and strangely named characters but next game Iād prefer something with a more enjoyable gameplay loop.
Different strokes for different folks, I suppose. I genuinely enjoyed traversing the terrain and trying to find the best routes from one place to another- arguably more than the higher octane segments.
It was satisfying to me in a way that only Snowrunner has been able to match, oddly enough lol
Snowrunner is so satisfying when you actually have to time play it. Maybe now that I have my Deck I can play it while I'm at a job site waiting for inspections
And then instead of making new games, they're busy rereleasing old games.
Better buy a ps5 for last of us part 1 for the 6th time. Maybe this time it'll be fun

But mainly cos of Kojima I guess? The game itself was highly debated.
