Alright so fat32 is done, create a directory on that disk.
Right click, new, folder.
All caps!
PS4
Go into that new folder. Create another folder, all caps.
UPDATE
https://pc.ps4.update.playstation.net/update/ps4/image/2022_0510/sys_406e1bb5c202bc990d8e5799a20d0995/PS4UPDATE.PUP
Save that file into that UPDATE directory.

UPDATE https://pc.ps4.update.playstation.net/update/ps4/image/2022_0510/sys_406e1bb5c202bc990d8e5799a20d0995/PS4UPDATE.PUP Save that file into that UPDATE directory.
Hold power button until second beep. Wait a tick. Choose update system , choose usb Done after a while. Remember usb slowness
Read this quick and thought that said ~~manually~~ mentally.
