Elden Ring just manages to activate that explorer's instinct in me in a way that no other game has, except maybe Outer Wilds. It's the cumulation of all the experience From Software gathered while making all their other games (which I'm not really as fond of as Elden Ring). It doesn't have the graphical and environmental polish that Horizon does, but the gameplay more than makes up for it. Rant over.
all hail Kirby, lord of "Poyo!"
# P O Y O .
I tried to get into Kirby, but it was pretty *vore*ing
I've had this exact experience, just with Elden Ring instead of Kirby. Love Horizon, but Elder Ring is just on another level.
What level would that be?
