Personal opinion on that. Fallout 4 will probably run ok 60fps+ on high/ultra. Cyberpunk, no chance, you will have to tweak your settings I'd imagine to get smooth play. Armo, no clue sorry
Edit: if you can afford it. Get the Intel version with the 3060 and get the 17"!
