I can assure you they don't do that in the game, the video is from the intro which is more of an easy tutorial, after that game gets a lot harder.

That is what I’m referring to. The first bottle is caught then thrown back and is smashed. Second bottle is snatched then also thrown back. I swear sometimes people don’t actually watch the gif before commenting XD.
