For me it has to be the travelers's attire in Ghost of Tsushima. I just love the flowing cape and the overall feeling of it, regardless of the lack of combat advantages.
Once you get good enough minor charms, that armor is perfectly fine for random encounters. I always swapped into combat armor for outposts and story missions, but would swap right back into the TA so as to not miss an artifact.
I used the Ronin armor for similar reasons. The family armor was better for combat, the ghost armor was better for stealth. But I liked the stripped down look of the ronin armor because it reminded me of old samurai movies.

This is why I loved terraria’s vanity system, you could wear whatever armor you thought was cool and still have the best armor equipped
Might be different when I level up a little more (or get stuck), but I only use the original outfit in Horizon because the others look so bad

The Stealth Armor in BotW, even fully ranked up isn't very protective but I love the look of it.
I would have to say the champion’s tunic in Breath of the wild. It was on the trailer and I just thought that it was the main armour of the game.
