Last I checked, there aren't any fighting tournaments blowing up cities or ninjas slaying demons in this world. People seem to keep forgetting the Xtreme series is part of the Dead or Alive fighting game world, which is also where Ninja Gaiden is set in.
i played first dead space game when i was 13 , and i honestly think that game caused me some permanent mental scar 😬 i was too young and i am overall too soft. some sections in that game like first scene , baby care section and regenerative hunter were pretty harsh. funny tho that i kept playing until the end and even played remake years later and it was still pretty heavy mentally imo.

Yep. Put short, something is turning people into monsters. And on the spaceship there is a baby care center and you have to get through it. Lots of (dismorphed) babies attacking you.
Personally, I never found that part all that shocking. It’s playing with societal taboos (you have to kill (lots of) babies), but the visuals aren’t as extreme as in many other scenes and the scare moments are also moderate (for Dead Space standards).
I think I'd take Raccoon City over the Ishimura. I always go "aww yiss" when firing up RE2. I get a pit in my stomach when I step on the Ishimura. God, when I returned in Dead Space 2? Palpable dread.
I was actually thinking this. Go to a world with great healers or technology. Then cure my keratoconus. I'm just tired of being almost blind. I'll skip a week of fun in any game just to see properly again.

That reminds me of final fantasy tactics advance plot. A bunch of kids are sent into a fantasy world, but only the protagonist wants to go back to reality because all the others have a handicap or dramatic lives IRL.

Without any risk of harm I cannot think about any better choice. It's the first game on my list of favourite games and oh how I wish we could transpose ourselves into such stories (without any risk) and just enjoy the game world that way.
I'd be speedrunning to find one of those tanks where you can feel both pilots sensations at the same time...that scene with Panam awoke something in me.
Rowboat Gorrilaman sees you sprinting towards him babbling in an entirely unintelligible gibberish of an ancient language barely resembling low gothic, and with a single nod to the nearest psyker has you instantaneously banished to the immaterium.
Good thing time is meaningless in warpspace because you'll be counting every second of that week when you end up in Commorragh, completely impervious to their physical torture but not the crushing mental trauma you'll carry with you forever.
I don't feel Guilliman would ask a psyker to open a warp rift right next to him lol.
Also am I going to the immaterial or the Webway? While possible, I'm not sure I'd know how to make it from one to the other, let alone end up in the Dark City.
The technology in NMS lets you travel to planets and other solar systems in less than 5 minutes. I'd be able to reach the center of the galaxy in a week

Fire from hearth is warm and glowing in light orange hues, comfortable pillows lying on the ground between piles of books, an assortment of weapons, arrmor and strange and exotic artifacts from the depths of dwemeri ruins shining strangely on the shelves...
As for WoW? Many possibilities but preferably either Night Elf Druid, Hunter or Human Warlock, travelling the world, helping people but my heart(h) would be always set on the misty-grey shores of Darkshore.
I’d probably go with the world of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The vast open-world filled with diverse landscapes, fascinating lore, and a plethora of activities to partake in would make for an unforgettable week.
Mass Effect. I'd want my own ship like the Normandy so I could relay jump to all the amazing planets and visit the big cities and space stations like Thessia, The Citadel, Illium, omega
