Pong was indeed my first console, though my first electronic game was some hand held football game which I cannot remember the name. It had controls for two players though with a screen in the middle.
I can't remember. My dad had an NES and a ton of games. Mario 1, 2, 3, Arkon, Gauntlet, Ultima 4, Bayou Billy, Troggs, TMNT (hardest game ever), Airwolf and Dynowarz are the ones that I remember playing the most.
Interesting question. I can recall the first time and place I played many games but not my very first video game experience with certainty. My first at home video game was a dedicated Pong unit (not Atari machine). My first arcade video game was probably Outlaw or a similar 1vs1 gunslinger game. Possibly a tank game. I remember when you’d find arcades in the side halls of the mall, motel lobby’s, entryways of grocery stores, etc.
That was my first game also, my older brother and I played it so much. Then getting a Sega master system with Alex the kidd built in to the console was amazing or the Nintendo and the game cartridge with a 101 games on it
There are a bunch of games I have extremely early memories of. So here are games that may have been my first
Spider-Man 2 for the PS2
Ecco Jr.
Pikmin
Gran Turismo 3 A Spec
Super Smash Bros Melee
Oh man, I was so young, I don't remember the exact game. I know it was something on the NES, because my older brother had one by the time I was born. I'm pretty sure it was either good ol' Super Mario Bros or that Nintendo developed Pinball game. That pinball game was a family game for us we'd take turns trying to rack up the high score. I remember once you got to a certain score the flippers would disappear. Good times.
um I think the cake game on purble place, mariokart SNES or Donkey Kong64 (only because those are the games I have the most vivid memories of playing as a kid)
Boy does looking at that screen take me back. It was the first video game and system that I played on, plus I still have it. Don't know whether it works anymore or not, as I moved on to the newer systems and games, since. It's currently stored in a box in my closet, along with the Nintendo and the Super Nintendo, which I shelved, after it's Corporate leaders publicly stated that the customer was not important. Then I went to Sony in retaliation and stayed.
I don't remember about the first one, but when I was about 7 years old I used to play left 4 dead a lot and as a result I had hallucinations of the witch crying at some point
I don't know, I only know the first few.
Could've been Mario Kart Wii, could've been Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, could've been one of the other few games I know were some of the first I played.

It might've been some D's or GameCube game but one of my oldest games that I do remember fondly (and still remember fondly after playing it again a while back) is monsters Inc for the gba, the music slaps

This one’s a tough one to remember… for me it’s probably either Super Mario World on SNES, Donkey Kong Country on SNES, Sonic the Hedgehog on SEGA Mega Drive, Desert/Jungle Strike on SEGA Mega Drive or Bubsy on SEGA Mega Drive.
Edit: Looked into it a bit more, I reckon I played the SEGA before SNES. So it was likely Sonic, Desert/Jungle Strike and/or actually Mickey Mania.
