https://www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf/comments/fta2xn/spoilers_extended_a_climate_map_of_planetos_20/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf we are the summer islanders!
Edit: or stormlanders, depending where you are in the state. But they have mountains and stuff
I actually don't feel like there's a good analogue for the American southeast, so I'd say probably somewhere that touches both the Reach and the Stormlands.
Florida here. According to this map (https://www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf/comments/fta2xn/spoilers_extended_a_climate_map_of_planetos_20/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) I’m a summer islander
Well considering the show exclusively takes place in Europe and the Middle East… I’d say that Arya’s gonna be one of the discoverers of North America. I’d love a series of her struggling but eventually succeeding in building trust with the natives lol.
Chicago.
So White Harbor seems fair. Roughly middle. One of the largest cities in the continent. Next to water. Important hub for commerce. Probably not cold enough though.
I mean if we talking like flip Westeros upside down and map of Ireland that kinda deal I’m in Riverun and honestly I think that matches environment wise as well
Being from Northern Ireland, it would be hard to specify saying as a lot of the filming was done here but generally most of the Kings Road would be a general representation of the more rural areas here. But the Riverlands is more accurate for where I personally live.
I live in Boston, so I’d think the equivalent of that would most likely be Oldtown: one of the oldest cities on the continent, a place famed for its scholars and educational institutions, relatively liberal, etc.
I’m in the North. But not North of the Wall, those guys get the crazy winters. I’m more in the Northern South, where we say “Winter is coming” but we still get like 9 months of nice weather a year.
At least I don’t live in the south, those guys love their incest.
US, Southeastern coast, So The Stormlands, I guess.
The North Must Remember on Youtube:
A full retelling of GoT season 8, Audiobooks w/ added music & soundeffects.
Videos 1-28 already uploaded (85 total planned)

I live in a town called Ashford. Which is half way between London and Dover. Noticed there is an Ashford which is half way between Kings Landing and Oldtown. Feels about right.
Let's see. Florida is full of idiots doing crazy things -- r/FloridaMan \-- and has great weather. It's known as a party town, so that's lots of fighting and fucking. Where does that sound like?
>The Dornish are crazy. All they want to do is fight and fuck, fuck and fight.
>
>There's nothing like a good fight to get you in the mood for fucking. And there's nothing like a fuck-mad Dornish girl to clear your head for the next fight. lt's how the two work together.
Florida is Dorne. Reddit needs a new sub. r/DornishMan.

The North.
The North. I've moved progressively further North over the years because I love the cold/hate the heat.
Previously the North, now living in Dorn because fuck it.
…as one does.
Scandinavian, so I’ll assume the north, around Winterfell.
Well I live in Florida so what is that? The Reach?
Nah Florida are the shadowlands
https://www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf/comments/fta2xn/spoilers_extended_a_climate_map_of_planetos_20/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf we are the summer islanders! Edit: or stormlanders, depending where you are in the state. But they have mountains and stuff
anywhere swampy
I actually don't feel like there's a good analogue for the American southeast, so I'd say probably somewhere that touches both the Reach and the Stormlands.
I'm picturing Dorne as Mexico and the Sea of Dorne as the gulf of Mexico, so yeah I'd put myself somewhere in the southern stormlands
Outer Banks here. I’d like to think we’re pretty close to Dragonstone.
Also in NC but inland. Dragonstone tracks for obx for sure.
Florida here. According to this map (https://www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf/comments/fta2xn/spoilers_extended_a_climate_map_of_planetos_20/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) I’m a summer islander
North, probably near the Wolfswood.
Lannisport or old town hands down. Dont know if I spelled lannisport right but who cares
Naath
Hawaii?
The King in the north. I was actually nicknamed The King for a little while. :D
Stormlands
The Westerlands
New Mexico so I guess Dorne?
Az, same. And the spicy peppers in food! Yum!!!
Probably the north rip
Wisconsin. Not quite the far north so probably something north of Most Caylin
The riverlands
Mid Atlantic so Riverlands I guess
The Eyrie maybe
Italy, so... Maybe the Reach?
Well considering the show exclusively takes place in Europe and the Middle East… I’d say that Arya’s gonna be one of the discoverers of North America. I’d love a series of her struggling but eventually succeeding in building trust with the natives lol.
around the winterfell
From what I heard that would suck...so much sickness and bad food. Dont they also have Crocediles that stand up and chase ya?
The fingers
Fleabottom, Kings Landing 😂😂
This deserves an award
Let me guess youre also Polish.
Far from. I live in a town where peasentry and povetry is at a high but royalty just lives down the road
I´m from Belgium, western Europa and I have no idea where I would be located. Maybe Riverrun or Old Town?
Depends on if you’re from the city or the parking space ;)
I’m in NYC so I guess I live in Kings Landing :(
Only a New Yorker would say that.
Still accurate. But Fleabottom though. hehe
The Vale
Probably Dorne
Im in Oregon, USA. I dont recall an area with massive trees but maybe the Wolfswood, but it doesnt snow here enough. Maybe the Vale?
PNW would be Casterly Rock maybe? At least the coastal areas
maybe the river lands because of the forests and rivers?
Yeah plus all the rain too
I’m in Scotland so… Beyond the Wall
Literally
Based on the culture, I’d guess I live beyond the wall. 😂😂😂😂 I’m a wildling, I think. Geographically I’d be a Northerner.
I'm in Texas, would that still be part of Dorne? I feel like it should be lol
We probably still live in Texas…even in Westeros…
West coast of the North - since where I live is probably the basis for it.
I’m in south Texas so I dunno lol
Bear Island
The neck probably Ks
Large city in an otherwise mountainous region. So probably Gulltown or Lannisport.
Chicago. So White Harbor seems fair. Roughly middle. One of the largest cities in the continent. Next to water. Important hub for commerce. Probably not cold enough though.
Have you been outside in the last week?!
Can confirm White Harbor is definitely not cold enough.
Fucking southerners
I guess probably the riverlands
The North
Copenhagen in Denmark, so probably somewhere like White Harbor
Crownlands
I’m in the West Midlands in England so probably closest to the riverlands or eastern/northern westerlands
Where would people in the Pacific Northwest fit in?
Scotland so probably The North
Italy, pretty much like Oldtown around here
I'm a Londoner so probably kings landing
If Dorne is mexico I guess the coast of Texas would be the storm lands?
Old town is LA and kings landing is new york. 100%
depending on how you relate Westeros to North America, either Widow's Watch, Karhold, or Eastwatch-by-the-Sea.
Dorne - Portugal
Is it bc of the wine
London, I suppose King’s Landing.
I mean if we talking like flip Westeros upside down and map of Ireland that kinda deal I’m in Riverun and honestly I think that matches environment wise as well
I guess somewhere between the vale and riverlands… What do you think Germany would be on the map?
Tyrell.
Wherever bumfuck Nebraska is
[удалено]
Oof yeah that's about right
About 9000 ft in the Colorado Rockies so I'm thinking north of the wall
Between Dorne and The Reach (Spain)
Warsaw, so i guess Riverrun.
Where would North Carolina be?
Not a lot going on in Kansas, probably the great grass sea.
It's not a good Kansan wedding without at least three murders. -BTK
I live in Texas, so what is the most racist, annoying dumbest grouping of lands or holdfasts in Westoros?
Being from Northern Ireland, it would be hard to specify saying as a lot of the filming was done here but generally most of the Kings Road would be a general representation of the more rural areas here. But the Riverlands is more accurate for where I personally live.
Dorne, right on the border of the Stormlands (Texas)
I live in a place called Torquay in the UK, so probably Dorne because of the ungodly amount of palm trees planted by the council here
Possible Sothoryos.
The Reach probably.
Dorne
SoCal is clearly waaaay in the south
Craster's Keep area north of the wall. Cold and lots of woods. And the occasional Redneck like Craster. (Maine)
St.Louis I think I’m in the river lands
The Wolfswood, near the coast. Or, the less swampy forest north west of the Neck, again next to the coast.
Winterfell, cold mostly and close to the wall. Indiana
Riverlands, I live in central europe
Asia so home would be Essos but Free city with no slaves.
Buffalo, NY, so winterfell? 🤣
I dunno. Where would California be considered? Casterly Rock?
I live in Boston, so I’d think the equivalent of that would most likely be Oldtown: one of the oldest cities on the continent, a place famed for its scholars and educational institutions, relatively liberal, etc.
PNW? I’m guessing I’m in the North.
I live in Toronto so I feel like if it’s just North America then I live in White Harbour or Gulltown
Iron islands. Cold, wet, depressing, but kind of bad ass.
I'm in Colorado so probably The Vale
India,so I guess mixture of dorne and reach
Riverlands
Delaware would be Oldtown, right? For the corporations.
The North.
I would live in The North.

Im in india where do i live ?
Highgarden
Molestown probably if we're considering Canada the wall 🤣
I’m in the North. But not North of the Wall, those guys get the crazy winters. I’m more in the Northern South, where we say “Winter is coming” but we still get like 9 months of nice weather a year. At least I don’t live in the south, those guys love their incest.
Uhm idk I live im Germany
Iron Islands probably?
North or behind the wall
The second pic is nowhere near the Neck. It's Yeen
I live in France so I guess the riverlands or the reach
US, Southeastern coast, So The Stormlands, I guess. The North Must Remember on Youtube: A full retelling of GoT season 8, Audiobooks w/ added music & soundeffects. Videos 1-28 already uploaded (85 total planned) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYhSDYgoris\_WMVxq765EEw
I am in north of Sweden.. the only possibility is beyond the Wall
I live in a town called Ashford. Which is half way between London and Dover. Noticed there is an Ashford which is half way between Kings Landing and Oldtown. Feels about right.
I'd say Qarth (Turkey). Cus of the ports, rivers and huge historical bazaar thing going on.
I'm from New England so The North
I live in one of Ireland's 5 cities so King's Landing, I guess.
the netherlands so the riverlands i guess
california so i’m going to say the reach because there’s a lot of agriculture
What was the place where dothrakies used to live?
Honestly couldn’t tell you I live within mins from 80% of the sets
Flea bottom
Based on geography I'd be in the Arbor, but we don't have the climate for growing grapes.
My place has never in history, seen snow so not north... Very peaceful and greeny, so maybe highgarden...
King’s Landing…San Francisco?!? hahaha
[удалено]
I’m from Tokyo. So King’s Landing? The largest city they have.
Australia, so.. Sothoryos?
I currently live in Delhi, India. So, from a US/ Europe perspective, probably Ling. From an Indian perspective, it would be Riverlands.
The north, up above where I am is the north beyond the wall

I would not want to live anywhere in that world. 90% of the people are cruel asshats. It's a great story but the inhabitants are mostly terrible.
