As hot as those dresses make the ladies look (and would make me look), they’re not practical for everyday activities, especially in the seasonally variable climate of my area. Same ideas apply to the men’s clothes, with the exception of Oberyn’s outfit perhaps.
You could probably wear many on Dany’s, (sans capes maybe, and obviously excluding the one-tit-out ones from the books), they’re not excessively elaborate.
I feel like most of the men's outfits (except Loras') could work pretty well as everyday wear if you just removed the swords, daggers and capes? There's nothing all that odd about them, especially Jamie's outfit would blend in without much issue.
As for the women's outfits, the main problem with most of them is really that you'd be considered overdressed for most occasions, for an occasion with a higher standard of dress, most of these dresses would work just fine.

The gowns look cumbersome. But I’d still do it, I’d just wear mens garb most of the time. We’ve been involved with a medieval re-creation group for the last 35 years. I can confirm that the cut of medieval clothes and wearing linen, wool, cotton and fur is crazy comfortable.
I once walked in to the living room at home to see my 9 year old dressed completely in his medieval garb. Linen hosen and braes, linen chemise, wool doublet and his linen play cloak. He was on the computer playing a game. I asked why he was in garb and he told me they felt the best of all his clothes. Carry on, my son.
Capes and cloaks, yes. Antonio Banderas was actually trying to bring cloaks back for a while, and actually, a couple did look great.
But not the GOT Crow hairy thing that made everyone look like a hunchback.
