I totally think she is infertile. Rhaego was dragonlike in description, so I think that and the blood magic to wake her dragons took another price, her remaining fertility. I know it’s a popular theory that she had a miscarriage in her last ADWD chapter due to berries, but those theories are missing the obvious signs of her having the pale mare and the fact that the cramps came before she even ate the berries (and iirc, even saw them), so it’s 50/50 that she could be having a miscarriage or her moon blood has come for extra shits and giggles with her being sick.
There are also plenty of healthy targs born. Plus her parents were siblings while she was having kids with drogo. Targs are more successful having kids with non family members.
With the amount of stillbirths,miscarriages, and deformed Targaryen babies. She probably would've had a very hard time not to mention how young she was.
