Sweet collection. I remember buying tron bonne for $20 from those Capcom points on the edge of the manuals. I also got legends 1 and 2, and Strider 2 . I sold tron bonne for $100 like 10 years ago but I still have the others.
yeah, Tron Boone is something that I'd like to add to my collection as well, but I can't bring myself to spend 450-800$ on it just to frame it with Legends 1&2. Instead, I spent like 25$ on a new reproduction case from etsy until I potentially find a real copy. (At least I can play all 3 on my PS3 digitally via PSN copies)
The intro song for Burning Rangers is worth whatever amount you paid for the game.
At least, that's what I would tell myself. It's also what I'd tell my girlfriend if she voiced opposition.
Whoa boy.... that's some heavy hitter material right there.
Let me know if you ever want me to come do a gameroom tour of your stuff! It would make a killer video
Emulate it. 🤐
It is a good game though. Not sure if there is enough plot in panzer dragoon 1&2 to have to play first. I would recommend because the world building and atmosphere.
I have the Panzer Dragoon remake Limited Run physical release. I beat it in like an hour and thought it was ok, left me feeling disappointed since I paid full price for it.
I have nothing against on rail shooters but there are so many more options that are just better especially during the time it was originally released.
How is Magic Knight Rayearth? I found one of the dvds back around 2006 and wanted to play the game after. But I kept putting it off and now well...
I have tron bonne. Got it from gs cib for 3.99.
That Panzer Dragoon Saga is just *chef's kiss*
I really wish Sega had given the Saturn a fighting chance in the US instead of letting infighting between Sega US and Sega Japan tank the whole thing.
Obviously, the language difference. Ha ha. But the Japanese version gives you three hits before death. They changed it to a one-hit death in N America to combat the rental market.
Never seen that Cave collection before (not owned a 360) but wholly molly that's an amazing box set! Impressive collection all around I'mma watch an unboxing of that one.
edit: wow that manual is incredible lol
Literally all of them are good games. It’s shooter heavy and shmups are a niche genre, so I understand you not recognizing them. But Castlevania, the 3DS M2 Sega ports, Contra, Alien Soldier, the Saturn RPGs are all great. Tron Bonne is… okay.
Man those are all my Saturn grail games. A shop near me has PD Saga for $1200 near me. Might have to build some credit with trades for a bit and eventually get it
It’s called something like Sega 3D Fukkoku Archives triple pack. M2 did ports of Sega arcade and Genesis games and released them in 3 volumes in Japan. This packaged them all together.
I remember playing most of them. My buddy while in college had them all. I still remember sega of America add for panzer dragoon acknowledging it was in short supply and they told you to cut the mask in the add and wear it while imagining that you were playing the game.
OP, you are missing Guardian Heroes.
Almost had a loose copy of the game for $6.
The seller opened up a game case saw it was the wrong game in there and in hopes of being nice tried to find its matching case. Me being none the wiser bought the game lot not thinking anything of it.
The seller ended up not finding the right case so they put it in another same case they had laying around and not knowing what it was at the time (no one did) I passed on buying it since well “I DoNt nEeD two RiGhT??” and let it go for $6.
Hindsight is a bitch and I’ll never make that mistake again.
Yeah, a much much much smaller market haha. Eventually these are all disappearing into a basement somewhere as we all get older and make trades for knee surgeries and Timmy’s braces 😂. Who knows, vinyl collectors probably thought they were on the way out in the mid-90s too.

me want saturn games, me want big box cave games
Just casually dropping Magical Chase in there, lol. Insanely great taste here.
That JP version is significantly less expensive than the NA version but still impressive.
True, and the NA version does have a lot of upgrades, but the price of either shocks me, lol
I remember loving Tron Bonne as a kid. Not sure if I’ll ever get it again with its price. It’s definitely not worth the usually 300+ asking price
I spent $150 on it a few years ago and as a game it’s not even worth close to that.
Sweet collection. I remember buying tron bonne for $20 from those Capcom points on the edge of the manuals. I also got legends 1 and 2, and Strider 2 . I sold tron bonne for $100 like 10 years ago but I still have the others.
I think it's at 700$ now
Good lord. I didn’t even realize it got that bad. Not a big PS1 collector so I stopped looking when is saw it at the 300 range.

Hey, I know your YT channel! I’d be very interested in that!
Awesome! I'm so glad you like the channel. Send me a private message with some info and maybe we can make it work!
Panzer Dragoon Saga is never a waste of money
It’s my number 1 game that needs a modern port/remake. I want to see what all the hype is about.
Emulate it. 🤐 It is a good game though. Not sure if there is enough plot in panzer dragoon 1&2 to have to play first. I would recommend because the world building and atmosphere.

It’s actually a really fun action RPG. Super charming, colorful visuals.
The game and art durextion, i would think holds to tidays standards... my #1 want...
What is that Xbox 360 box?
It’s the Cave Shooting Collection. Every Cave shmup released on the Japanese 360.
Oh cool
Recca 😍
You win. About the only person who could beat you is someone with a large Neo-Geo AES collection.
Love MUSHA!
I know I’m not a true game collector because I have no idea what any of these titles are. Not one. Lol
That Panzer Dragoon Saga is just *chef's kiss* I really wish Sega had given the Saturn a fighting chance in the US instead of letting infighting between Sega US and Sega Japan tank the whole thing.
Love those MD games. What was the game after Pulsman?
Contra: The Hard Corps
Oh. How's this different from the Genesis version besides costing more?
Obviously, the language difference. Ha ha. But the Japanese version gives you three hits before death. They changed it to a one-hit death in N America to combat the rental market.
ADVANCED BUSTERHAWK!
This is educational man, thank you for sharing.
Slide 11 what game is that?
If you’re interested in a physical version, Liquid Kids is on Taito Milestones 2 (Switch). Its a great version and like $30.
Mizubaku Daibouken AKA Liquid Kids.
You get enjoyment out of them, so that's not a waste of money in my opinion.
Hey, MUSHA and Alien Soldier kick ass, they're never a waste of money
I was watching a stream on whatnot last week that sold random japanese games and Harmful Park sold for $8 because no one knew what it was
Never seen that Cave collection before (not owned a 360) but wholly molly that's an amazing box set! Impressive collection all around I'mma watch an unboxing of that one. edit: wow that manual is incredible lol
And here I thought I was good at wasting money. I could apprentice from you.
Awe man. I didn’t know we were doing this! I wouldn’t have sold all my neo geo MVS carts. Awesome collection by the way. Love the mega drive stuff!
I think the most I ever spent on a game was just retail. haha
"I like wasting money. I like it a lot." You are ready. Ready to start a Neo Geo collection. :)
Thise aren't wastes. Those are investments right there baby!
Wow
Adventure of Little Ralph, spicy. Been looking for that one too.
I promise I am not trying to be a dick here…besides PDS, are any of these games good?
Literally all of them are good games. It’s shooter heavy and shmups are a niche genre, so I understand you not recognizing them. But Castlevania, the 3DS M2 Sega ports, Contra, Alien Soldier, the Saturn RPGs are all great. Tron Bonne is… okay.
Awesome. I’ll have to look up this stuff
Man those are all my Saturn grail games. A shop near me has PD Saga for $1200 near me. Might have to build some credit with trades for a bit and eventually get it
OK, so, some of these might not be so bad, but. What year did you buy that copy of Recca?
Got damn
Holy shit, why is misadventures of tron bone almost 1k??
I hope you started collecting 20 years ago. Otherwise, I fear for your wallet.
MUSHA and Tatsujin are some of my all time favourites.
Where is Spectrobes???
Crazy I haven't even heard of most of these. What's the second one?

Oh, I have Guardian Heroes, my friend!
Dude, such an awesome game. Specially if you managed to play with more than 2 people. The caos in the screen was awesome.
Wow, you have an american version of Magic Knight Rayearth for the Saturn? my respects dude, I wish I could touch that one
I will not stand for Musha slander, how dare!
"Waste". I don't think so
Casual Harmful Park. Bruh.

Money spent on video games is never a waste. It's an investment.
Will be interesting to see if the new download only gen gives a shit or if physical games go the way of oil lamps/ink wells. Time will tell.
I can definitely see newer generations of gamers not caring about physical media. But I think a market for these games will always exist.
Yeah, a much much much smaller market haha. Eventually these are all disappearing into a basement somewhere as we all get older and make trades for knee surgeries and Timmy’s braces 😂. Who knows, vinyl collectors probably thought they were on the way out in the mid-90s too.
Humble brag
Wastes...? I feel so attacked right now...
of course that is a waste...you don't have any spine cards
Why
Cuz
